Key Stages 3 and 4
We have developed a Curriculum Resource Pack to provide a range of resource materials and suggested activities for students aged 11 – 16 years in Key Stages 3 and 4.
The suggested activities can be developed further and tailored for specific schemes of work. A visit to the Centre is not necessary for many of the activities as they are designed to be stand-alone. All materials contained in the pack may be reproduced in educational establishments.

GNVQ/AVC Resources
This section of the website is designed to provide a resource for teachers of GNVQ Leisure and Tourism and AVC Travel and Tourism customer service units.
It was compiled in consultation with a GNVQ/AVC tutor* and it includes a scheme of work and activities for AVC level students and suggested activities for GNVQ level students.
The Trafford Centre depends on customers to use its services. Without customers The Trafford Centre cannot succeed. Giving excellent customer service plays a vital part in helping The Trafford Centre to keep its customers and attract new ones.
